Roan Bautista, MS, AGPCNP-BC

Roan Bautista, MS, AGPCNP-BC, immigrated to the United States from the Philippines in 2006 to work as a registered nurse. She has extensive nursing experience from over 20 years working in different health care settings. She was certified in psychiatric and mental health nursing in 2016 and began her nursing career at McLean in 2017 as a staff nurse at the Alcohol, Drug, and Addiction Inpatient Program. She transitioned to the neurotherapeutics department in 2019, became the charge nurse at the Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Service in 2021, and also worked in the Depression Residential Treatment Program.

Ms. Bautista is currently working in McLean’s Geriatric Psychiatry Inpatient Services which provide acute short-term mental health care for older adults. She also works with internal medicine at McLean to provide medical care to outpatient and residential patients.
