Three days of FREE events include:

  • Film screening, followed by a Q+A
  • Engaging talks on various topics, including child and adolescent mental health, what to do if you or a loved one is experiencing mental health symptoms, the intersection of spirituality and mental health, and more
  • Hands-on activities for the whole family, focused on understanding the brain and how it affects thoughts, emotions, and behaviors

Join us as we screen the film Outside the House: A Mental Health Documentary, by filmmaker Darnell Lamont Walker.

The film is about “how important it is to share our stories so others will understand they are not alone.”

Experts will be on hand for a Q+A session following the screening.
