Biography
Adriana Bobinchock is a senior advisor who partners closely with McLean’s president, chief operating officer, and other members of executive leadership to drive institutional priorities, manage complex operations, and support hospital-wide strategy. She oversees cross-functional initiatives that strengthen patient care, research, education, and community engagement, while ensuring alignment with Mass General Brigham’s system goals. In her role as chief of staff, she combines high-level strategic planning, board and faculty communications, financial oversight, and execution of key initiatives—all with a focus on creating clarity, fostering collaboration, and positioning McLean for long-term success.
As co-founder of Deconstructing Stigma, an international stigma reduction campaign, Ms. Bobinchock develops educational programming designed to increase public awareness of mental health. These efforts have reached audiences across the United States and internationally, including in Ghana, Kenya, India, and Ecuador. The goal of this work is to spark conversations that build understanding, ease fears, and break down barriers to productive discussions about psychiatric disorders.
